An execution-focused role sitting directly beneath the Head of Marketing, Communications & Brand, responsible for turning strategy into results: digital campaigns, performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, AI-powered workflows, and website performance across the Group's companies.
We are looking for someone who blends marketing expertise with strong analytical and systems thinking, and a genuine passion for AI and automation. Experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Campaigns, Forms) is especially valued as the Group scales its marketing and growth infrastructure.
Key Responsibilites

Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels, and manage email marketing and automation workflows.

Run paid advertising campaigns and optimise funnels, conversion rates, and return on investment.

Manage and optimise CRM systems (Zoho especially), and build workflows, lead-capture systems, and dashboards.

Manage websites and landing pages; track KPIs, traffic, and conversions, and report with recommendations.

Implement AI-powered marketing systems and automate repetitive marketing activities.

Support social media growth and audience acquisition across platforms.
Preferred Skills

3–6 years in digital, growth, or performance marketing, or marketing technology.

Hands-on with CRM and automation platforms (Zoho CRM/Campaigns/Forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make) — Zoho experience especially desirable.

Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools).

Strong AI fluency and a systems-thinking mindset.

Proven experience executing digital campaigns and growth initiatives.

Highly analytical, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
