• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into internal systems and customer-facing products.

• Develop AI solutions that improve productivity, customer experience, training, operations, and decision-making.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.

• Stay at the forefront of developments within AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
   

AI Agents & Automation

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents.

• Create workflow automations across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, recruitment, training, and administration.

• Reduce manual workloads through intelligent automation.

Internal Systems Development

• Develop internal platforms and business management systems.

• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and operational systems.

• Advise leadership on technology opportunities and solutions.

Infrastructure, Security & Data Management

• Design and maintain scalable technical architectures.

• Manage databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment environments.

• Develop backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.

• Support data management and reporting initiatives.
   

Technical Project Management

• Lead technology projects from concept to deployment.
