Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI, Automation & Product Development)

We are building the technology backbone of the Zino Group and need an entrepreneurial Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can independently design, build, deploy, and maintain complete solutions — frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud, automation, and AI. You will turn ideas into working products: customer apps, internal systems, learning platforms, AI tools, dashboards, automations, and intelligent agents — using modern AI-assisted development tools to build faster and smarter.

What you'll do:
Design, build, deploy, and maintain software products end-to-end, from concept to production.
Build AI assistants, agents, and workflows, and integrate LLMs into products and internal systems.
Create automations across sales, marketing, operations, support, recruitment, and training.
Build dashboards, internal systems, and learning platforms, reducing reliance on third-party SaaS.
Build and maintain modern, secure websites, and manage databases, cloud infrastructure, and security.

What we're looking for:
4–7 years of full-stack experience, with a proven ability to ship complete applications to production.
Strong frontend and backend skills, plus APIs, databases, authentication, and cloud; AI-app and agent experience.
Daily use of AI-assisted dev tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs).
Desirable: LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI, n8n/Make/Zapier, LMS/SaaS/marketplace experience, DevOps, and UI/UX understanding.

Work samples required — include links to products, apps, websites, AI projects, GitHub, or automations you have built. Salary: ₦1,000,000 – ₦1,300,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including professional appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal commitments.
     

  • Personal Commitments: Take charge of managing the CEO's personal commitments including family engagements, personal appointments, and other private affairs, ensuring a balanced professional-personal life integration.
     

  • Communication Oversight: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring that all correspondence is captured and addressed.
     

  • Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
     

  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and support meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
     

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing both professional and personal interactions as required.
     

  • Project Management: Assist with project oversight, ensuring that critical deadlines are met and objectives are clear.
     

  • Event Planning: Coordinate both business and private events, ensuring all details are managed with precision.

Preferred Skills

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic sector.

Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in MS Office and modern communication tools; quick to adapt to new technologies. Experience with Website design platforms such as Wix or WordPress is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of effectively managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

Adaptability and Endurance: Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and able to handle sudden changes in plans without losing momentum.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the CEO with various stakeholders and service providers.

Resourcefulness and Networking: Possesses a broad knowledge of service providers and a knack for connecting with people, ensuring the CEO's personal and professional requirements are met efficiently.

Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at foreseeing potential issues and resolving them proactively with innovative solutions.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost care.
